As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will work with development teams to run the daily agile ceremonies for 1 or multiple development teams. Including : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Product Backlog refinement, Sprint Showcases, Sprint retrospectives You will work with the Product Owner and Lead Architect to ensure successful sprint delivery, and a peer group of Agile Delivery Leads and the VP of Solutions to continually improve the Logicalis product development framework. **You will**: - Run the agile ceremonies for your assigned architecture development teams: - Manage progress of tasks with team members to ensure assigned tasks will be completed on time, and team capacity is maintained - Organize meetings, resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and track actions - Mentor team members when implementing Agile frameworks and help the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint - Provide regular updates to Product Owners and the VP Solutions, and maintain the product development platform (Jira) **Requirements**: - Experience running projects and/or development functions - Collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally showcased in delivering successful outcomes via cross-functional teams - Experienced with agile ways of working and ceremonies - Passion in sharing your knowledge through coaching and mentoring - Ability to challenge established ways of doing business while influencing desired outcomes, constantly pivoting to handle competing business priorities to continue meeting organisational strategies **Benefits** As a valued and respected member of ‘Logicalis Australia’ you will enjoy several benefits, such as; - _Supportive team environment: _Confidential pulse checks tell us we are known for being "Unselfish with knowledge", "Flexible and Diverse" and "Give a shout-out and there will always be help" - _Pick your own adventure:_ Our people have moved from Helpdesk to Cloud-Engineering; Admin to Project/Program Management; Project Management to Product Development.
