**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for experienced **Sub Foreman (Leading Hand)** to join our high calibre team in delivering a major road construction project located in **Moorebank**, Sydney.

You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
- Leading Hands experienced in pipework, bulk earthworks, pavements, roads, subdivisions and drainage works.

**You may also have the following additional desirable skills**:

- Civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude and a keen work ethic.
