**Your new company**:
My client is a head contractor construction company with over 50 years under their belt servicing clients in a wide range of building and development services. They offer a wealth of knowledge and long term career development and stability for driven and motivated construction professionals.

They deliver new build and refurbishment projects across aged care, education, commercial and industrial sectors.

**Your new role**:
Due to strategic growth, recent project wins, ongoing negotiated and repeat business, our client is looking to source a Leading Hand/Sub Foreman to join the team.

You will be working on across Educational & Medical projects based in Sydney, with project values up to c.$10m.

Working closely with your Site Manager and in conjunction with your site team, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating trades, ensuring the timely delivery of the project is met whilst taking care of site safety etc.

**For you to be successful**:

- Ideally, be trade qualified Carpenter
- Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable
- Strong reporting and systems experience
- Must have excellent supervision and rapport building skills
- Must have an excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
- Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
- Exceptional time management & prioritisation skills
