**The Company**
- Residential builder specialising in architecturally designed renovations, extensions, additions and new builds.
- Eastern Suburbs and Inner West build locations such as Bondi, Bellevue Hill, Double Bay, Woollahra, Dulwich Hill, Leichardt etc).

**About The Role**
- Foreman / Construction Supervisor to work on one project at any one time
- Construction of high-end renovation, extension, addition projects and new build from start to finish.
- Monday to Friday work.
- Salary range between $120,000 to $140,000 + super depending on experience.

**Duties**
- Manage day to day construction activities
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers
- Hands on construction and carpentry work as required
- Ensure site WHS is adhered to
- Liaison with project stakeholders
- Schedule and forecast work activities

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant building qualifications (Cert III Carpentry, Cert IV Building & Construction etc)
- Carpentry trade background
- Experienced in the delivery of residential renovation, extension, addition and new build projects
- Able to run job sites from start to finish
- Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
