Sub Foreman required for large commercial project in Sydney.

Our client a highly regarded Tier 2 Builder are looking a Sub Foreman to join them on one of their large commercial projects in Sydney.

Reporting into the Foreman on site you will be responsible for:

- Providing on-site supervision on a large commercial project, looking after steel cladding, detailed external works
- Overseeing trades and managing trades on site
- Liaising with various site foreman & subcontractors to ensure materials are on site as required.
- Monitoring and maintaining construction site safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualified
- 5+ years’ experience in within the construction industry on high rise residential or commercial projects
- Effective communication and organizational skills and knowledge of construction.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-regarded Tier 2 Builder on a great project in Sydney. The role will commence ASAP for the right person and will be for 3 months. You will be required to work 6 days per week and the hours will be 6.30 to 5pm approximately.
