**Foreman - Façade/Remediation - Commercial - 8 Month Contract/Temp-to-Perm**

**About the Company**

I am representing a Tier 2 contractor in their search for a General Foreman. The client work on a variety commercial fit out and refurb projects Sydney with their major projects reaching in excess of $30m.**About the Role**

The successful Foreman will be required to help drive the project and mange the façade and remediation work for 20 story high rise project. The Foreman will be required to supervise and coordinate between all trades and sub-contractors and ensure the programs and timescales are met with high quality and excellent Health and Safety standards.**Responsibilities**
- Help the Site Manager co-ordinate all labour activity on site
- Liaise between all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to
- Ensure high levels of health and safety
- Manage defects and handover

**Skills & Experience**
- 2 years+ Supervisory experience within Construction.
- Experience in working in a collaborative delivery team
- Commercial, Residential, Façade and remediation experience desirable
- High Value Project Experience $10m+
- Excellent communication skills
