This is a full time (38 hours per week) ongoing role based out of our Sunshine Coast office, but may require interstate business travel to meet clients. A Remuneration Package of between $55,000 and $60,000 plus commissions on sales will be offered depending on experience.
- Applicants must have at least 5 years’ worth of experience in direct sales in a business solutions environment.
- Excellent understanding of the sales processes across various vertical markets.
- There is a small existing client base, but you will be required to find new business clients via phone calls, cold calling, social media platforms and networking events amongst other methods.
- Excellent understanding of the business software solutions market.
- Excellent understanding of the print market.
- Excellent understanding of the telephony market.
- A basic understanding of IT services and cybersecurity.
- A desire for ongoing learning.
- Ability to demonstrate and present solutions based on the needs of the client with your understanding of integration between different software and hardware solutions.
- Post-sale client management and sign off acceptance of implementation.
- Strategic thinking to drive new market growth.
- Creating sales reports and meeting daily and weekly with management.
- Competitor product knowledge is advantageous.
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Business travel will be required.
- Ability to form working relationships internally - Team player
- Good understanding of Ricoh, Docuware, Papercut and 3CX products and offerings is preferable.

About You
- Must be comfortable interfacing with customers in person and virtually in a sales capacity.
- Must have a high degree of financial motivation and ambition.
- Proven ability to meet very demanding sales targets in a highly competitive area.
- DocuWare DSA (or similar) qualification is highly preferable.
- DocuWare DSC (or similar) qualification is highly preferable.
- Specific training on Ricoh (or similar) production print products is highly preferable.
- Experience with Ricoh products (or similar) is highly preferable.
- Must work well under pressure and want to be a challenged.
- Project Management fundamentals (Prince II or Scrum Master) would be advantageous.
- Must be flexible in terms of an ever-changing working environment.
