Customer Service Representative

**About the role**:

- Join our successful and tight-knit Steel Centre team in **Kunda Park** as a Customer Service Representative.
- You will be working closely with both our Branch Manager and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career change or to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.
- This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.
- Your responsibilities will include:

Processing cash sales, quotes and orders
- Preparing reports
- Maximising sales opportunities
- General administration duties

- It’s important that you are a strong problem-solver, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You are a goal oriented and engaging team player with a customer centric focus who loves interaction with clients and stakeholders. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in customer service and or sales administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
