- $75,992 - $83,211 PA plus super and leave loading

**Your role**
The Commissioning and planning team manages contracts with human service providers in the Illawarra Shoalhaven and Southern NSW districts.
The Business Officer supports the team, the role is varied and fast paced and requires a range of skills and experience.
**What you’ll do**
As part of the team you will:
- assist in the design and function of systems and processes
- maintain spreadsheets and documents
- prepare briefing notes
- provide secretarial support during meetings
- liaise with internal and external customers
**What we’re looking for**
You are autonomous and self-driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in a fast paced environment and value the ability to provide ongoing administrative support whilst striving to improve processes.
You must have
- Experience in providing high level customer support to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- High level of competency in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Working with Children Check clearance
