Health Marketing Specialist

Medibanks Integrated Healthcare Experience squad sits within the Customer Health Hub. They aim to create the best healthcare for patients and their families to support our purpose of Medibank's purpose is Better Health for Better Lives.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Health Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Health Huband play a key role in member engagement and the acceleration of health program enrolments at a time that makes sense for our customers health journey. **Day to day, this role would see you**:

- Deciding if your day is best spent working from home or in the office - we don’t go for mandated office attendance days here at Medibank. Though you may want to spend time in our new office - we think it’s pretty amazing
- Develop and execute on campaign briefs that incorporate the relevant health program strategies, objectives, customer segmentation & targeting, campaign metrics, timing and budget whilst ensuring activities are in line with brand, legal and compliance standards.
- Draw on data and insights to drive and deliver new initiatives with a test and learn approach, ensuring market opportunities are capitalised.
- CX journey mapping, and experience creation, understanding member data and transforming into actionable communications and experience across all available channels.
- Ensure frontline staff are informed and fully briefed for campaigns and new initiatives, where relevant.
- Work with Policy, Legal and Compliance to ensure all material meets legal requirements
- Deliver against key performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of initiatives. Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same - you might grab a takeaway coffee and head out for a walking meeting with a team member, get along to a lunchtime yoga class or log off early and catch up with a friend to recharge your social battery.

**What about you?**

This role would be a perfect match for a detail oriented, organised and creative marketing professional with solid experience in project and / or campaign management. A pro at juggling and pivoting, you’ll be happy to jump into new experiences and keen to learn as you go.
- A genuine passion for CX and health.
- A discipline for delivery with outstanding stakeholder management skills, accountable for the alignment and collaboration between key marketing and business stakeholders, and the execution of market-leading customer experiences.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident in communicating in a variety of contexts to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience using data insights and analysis to develop new campaign ideas and initiatives with a test and learn approach.
