**The opportunity** **Who we are looking for** - A professional, highly motivated, and experienced Account Manager to maintain and grow our existing client base. - An experienced and credible operator with a “values” driven approach and an excellent ability to communicate with all stakeholders. - Account management experience is essential. Ideally gained within a customer first, growth third party transport environment. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in NSW. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. - Exceptional negotiation skills. - Knowledge of MS Office Software, i.e., Outlook, Excel and Word. - CRM focused. - Excellent analytical skills. - A positive "can-do" attitude. **The role** As an Account Manager your primary role is to support, strengthen and develop relationships with our B2B customers to define and enhance business opportunities.
