About The role

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic account growth plans for each key retail and OEM account to ensure sales growth and profitability.
Create joint promotional and marketing plans and have in place an activities calendar to track key objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the successful implementation of account plans and initiatives.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with key accounts to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to key accounts and internal stakeholders.
Manage and forecast sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the big box retail and OEM
