**The assignment**
- Assist with enquiries regarding tenancies
- Process maintenance work orders;
- Arrange keys for tradespeople;
- Update internal Bond Refund records;
- Update software (Console) Tenant records;
- Data entry in Console and various excel reports;
- Internet marketing updates and checks;
- To ensure Internet listings are accurate;
- To ensure rental lists are accurate;
- Assist with Key sorting for moving in renters;
- Assist with sending out condition reports;
- Tasks assigned by Management
- Previous experience in a Reception and Administrative role
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Advanced knowledge of Office Applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills and prioritisation of workload
- Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to use your initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to influence key external stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Clear National Police Check/Record

Pay: $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
