Reporting directly into the the Engineering Manager, this is a very busy role, sitting in with and doing a multitude of administration tasks for the team of Engineers.

The role consists of but is not limited to:

- Providing support to 8-9 Engineers
- Co ordinating, registering, tracking and consolidating detailed work activities in relation to new projects
- Managing the Engineering teams mailbox
- Allocate requests for action
- Provide daily project support including procurement, quality documentation and development tools such as templates
- Co ordinate tasks and follow up on approvals
- Provide Effective co ordination and management of key project documentation
- Maintain sales orders in their SAP system
- Assist the design team in document management
- Compilation of Manufacturer data reports
- Compilation of production work pack
