**About the Client**:
Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD overlooking Hyde Park, the organisation welcomes its members of different ages and backgrounds to enjoy open and private function spaces, a dining room, and overnight accommodation.

**About the person**:
You will be personable, approachable, and highly professional, you will take pride in providing a first-class service and enjoy serving the needs of others. You will have experience in connecting with people and building personable relationships. You will be punctual and have great attention to detail and be comfortable managing data and updating records.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- General administration and adhoc duties
- Manage and service other stakeholders such as regional members and guest speakers
- Supporting with the coordination of events
- Overseeing bookings for function rooms and accommodation

**To be successful you will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills in a professional, service-driven environment working toward a high standard
- Reception or concierge experience
- Approachable personality with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- A love for working with people and building genuine connections
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work comfortably with data
