Mint Residential is part of the Minor International Group. We have offices in key CBD locations across Australia and are a full-service property agency specialising in CBD & Inner-city apartment sales, rentals & property management.

We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Attending to rental enquires and providing customer service
- Conducting open homes, private appointments and routine inspections
- Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
- Processing leasing contracts and assisting with the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Various administrative tasks as required.
- Concierge duties - greeting and assisting residents and guests

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful you will require the following qualifications, skills and experience**:

- 1+ years' experience in Real Estate or Hospitality Industry
- Certificate of registration - ideal but not essential
- The ability to maintain and add to current policies and procedures to ensure our growing portfolio operates efficiently and effectively
- Experience in Console Cloud would be an advantage
- Flexible Hours with some Saturday work required
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Currently working in Real Estate Industry, ideal but not essential
- Experience with Console Cloud software ideal, but not essential
- This is a great opportunity, with an immediate start in a small cohesive team
