SIXT Australia is seeking a **Fixed Term **Full Time Concierge Shuttle Bus Driver **to join the team at **Sydney Airport**.

**Your Opportunity**:
As a Concierge Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and providing safe shuttle bus transfers. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing a safe method of transport via shuttle bus for our customers and staff between terminals at Sydney Airport
- Providing vehicle safety checks of the shuttle bus before and after each shift
- Providing a point of contact for our customers upon arrival to their vehicle to ensure that the customers’ expectations of the vehicle rented are met
- Greeting our customers upon vehicle return and providing customer service for a smooth exit out of the rental process
- Ensuring the returned vehicles are of an acceptable standard and identifying any additional damage

**About you**:

- Current Full Driver’s Licence required (not Provisional)
- Experience driving larger vehicles (preferred, not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Occupational Safety awareness to help provide a safe working environment
- Time management skills
- Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Flexibility of work hours (rotating shift work roster)
