Corporate Communications Manager

**The role**
As the Corporate Communications Manager you will lead and execute all key corporate communications related to our internal audiences and external market presence re attracting new talent to LMG and positioning LMG as employer of choice.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will join the People and Culture team and work closely with the Executive team, Marketing and Digital Workplace to delivering internal and external communications.
**Internal**
Facilitate culture and engagement, employee experience and foster sense of belonging and clarity, working at LMG
Help our people connect their day to day roles with our business strategy and overall performance
Set and execute Content and Channel Strategy, and write all communications including but not limited to:
- Corporate events / engagement strategy (incl our Annual conference)
- Company wide communications (eg Group Loop, Important updates, Strategy)
- Organisational change communications
- Corporate induction/ onboarding content for new employees
- Innovation/ continuous improvement of new/ different ways of engaging and informing our people
- Facilitate storytelling and curiosity, bringing our culture and values to life at all touchpoints
**External**
Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop LMG’s market presence/ employment brand strategy in order to attract top talent to work at LMG’s Employment brand
- Develop and maintain currency of all group employment brand assets (LMG Website, videos, job ad templates etc)
- Develop and execute content & channel strategy to drive optimal market presence and talent attraction (eg Linkedin, glassdoor, conferences, awards)
- CEO External market presence and industry thought leadership (in partnership with the Heads of Marketing)

- Experience supporting organisational change
- 5+ years experience in a similar role/ corporate
- Tertiary qualified, in related field
- Financial services experience welcomed but not essential

**What experience are we looking for?**
- Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications degree equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 5+ years agency or 3 years client-side
- Knowledge and expertise executing communication campaigns across all mediums - and keen to experiment with new ways
- Social media content experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot/ActiveCampaign)
- Experience analysing data and results
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and understand their needs
- Experience working in a franchise business (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience within financial and or property sectors (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience within a fintech platform (Desirable but not essential)
