Prestige Inhome Care are now recruiting for extraordinary carers for our extraordinary clients in the inner Bayside area on a permanent full time or part time basis.

Our extraordinary carer will also have the following:

- **A current driver’s licence and a reliable roadworthy vehicle is essential.**:

- **Experience with high care clients and dementia is essential.**:

- Applicants with multilingual proficiency encouraged to apply.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / HACC / Disability / Individual Support.
- Previous work experience in Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Nursing OR lived experience caring for a friend or loved one.
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- Enjoys the outdoors.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will have a great opportunity to add significant value to a client’s life by supporting with duties including Personal Care, Domestic Support & Socialisation and Companionship.

**All permanent Prestige Personal Care Attendants will receive the following benefits**:

- $6,000 yearly car allowance (full-time equivalent)
- Plus leading industry and above award rates - $973.00 per week gross for 37.5 hours per week, plus weekend/public holiday loading
- 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days personal leave per year
- Paid time to travel between shifts
- $150 car wash allowance
- $100 Endota spa voucher in February each year
- 1 wellness day per year
- Paid CRP and first aid training renewal
- Paid manual handling training
- Paid NDIS Worker Screening checks
- Free uniform
