Group Reward Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Remuneration, and as a member of the People, Reward and Performance team, you will be responsible for end to end reward and remuneration. You will be focused on building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and being a true advisor in this space. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategy. Expert across remuneration pay structure, market intelligence, benefits design, incentive, annual remuneration review, incentive and benefits review, job evaluations and structure. The opportunity is based in Sydney CBD and paying $150K package.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in remuneration and reward, hold a strong understanding of best practice. Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You must have experience in advising in the remuneration and reward space, strong analytical skills and ability to work across a variety of strategic projects.
