Reporting to an inspiring Senior HR Business Partner this role will see you partnering directly with key leaders & employees within your dedicated client group with an advisory & strategic projects focus. You’ll be actively assisting the Senior HRBP in driving a huge amount of transformation/change as the business continues to invest and streamline its operations more effectively & efficiently.

You’ll partner closely with line managers, coaching & mentoring them on HR best practices and own the end-to-end case management process with a focus on building strong trusted relationships across the business. To excel in this role you will need;
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Advisory capacity
- Familiarity working in a commercial environment and the ability to thrive in a large dynamic organisation
- Solid knowledge of Employee Relations including performance management, terminations, redundancies and grievances
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach, mentor and adapt communication styles to make an impact at all levels
