**Who we are**
Aegros is Latin for ‘Patient’. We chose this name because it speaks to our focus on the patient. Every day we strive to place the patient first by providing therapeutic plasma products they would not otherwise be able to access.
At Aegros we believe access to life saving therapeutic plasma drugs is a human right and not a privilege. In a nutshell our mission is to put the patients first through innovation.
Over 30 years we have developed our HaemaFrac process which enables countries to turn human plasma they collect into life saving hyperimmune products.
**Here’s the high-level**
Reporting to me, Tim Bryant, Chief People Officer, this position will have two main purposes: 1) Lead the HR partnering for two exciting and fast-growing parts of our business, Aegros Engineering and Aegros Therapeutics and 2) Co-lead ‘Project Phoenix’ which is all about elevating all things people and culture across Aegros.
This is not just another HRBP role, this is a unique experience for someone to lead HR in a start-up environment. This is an environment that will suit some that has vision, ambition and has the grit to pursue extraordinary. Our team is growing and we are looking to introduce more talented HR folks including both this role and a Talent Acquisition Leader.
**Some of the key areas of focus and the why.**
- Co-lead the creation of our strategies and execution around across the HR ecosystem including total rewards, talent management, learning & development and employee relations.
- Support our ‘scale-up’ particularly around talent planning, acquisition, and onboarding.
- With the ambition of being an employer of choice, help establish our policies and EVP, at Aegros.
- With the opportunity to start with the end in mind, help lead the evolution of our processes including how and where we automate and digitise.
- We recently changed our corporate structure, so help lead the business through the continual change journey
- With our first facility going live to commercial in the coming months, help build the needed infrastructure around Industrial Relations.
**Requirements**:
**What I’m looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or related discipline.
- 10+ years in the Human Resources field, ideally with strong business partnering experience and/or specialisation.
- Strong business acumen through demonstrated experience in supporting the creation of business strategy and identifying organisational and talent implications.
- Strong track record in providing coaching and mentoring to leaders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading talent management frameworks and practices.
- Strong track record in identifying and developing HR talent.
- A growth mindset with a track record of creating and adopting innovative HR programs and practices.
- Proven track record in building strong relationship and trust with business leaders to achieve status of trusted advisor.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex problems and drive effective and sustainable countermeasures.
