**Responsibilities**:
Due to increased demand with our customers in the Higher Education sector, we are seeking both Change Managers and Change Analysts. Whilst this is working on a Fixed term basis there is a lot to be accomplished with a major digital transformation initiative.
- As the Change Manager/Analysts you will be integral in communicating and educating the business on successful and recognisable change across systems and processes alike**About the role**
- You will be engaged and part of strategy and planning. Including Training needs and analysis for all impacted with change in business technology and experience.
- Working with SMEs to develop training collateral, guides, videos and all other training channels
- Work during UAT to ensure all trainings have been delivered to an excellent standard.
- Assess processes and change requirements and deliver the impact on the user
- Work with the wider ePMO team to ensure consistency of the programs and successful adoption of changes required.
- Work with Change Manager/Analyst to be a cohesive and delivery focussed outcome that all will be engaged and ensure ROI of the technology adoption.

**About You**
- You will be a people person that loves to analyse, implement and adopt change in a professional but human-centered approach.
- Relevant Change Management certifications
- Training and/or facilitation proven experience - or willingness to learn if at the Analyst level.
- Solid communication and be naturally organised and through a complex environment - whilst taking the business on an amazing journey.
- Solid and demonstrable experience around Change Management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Previous experience in Higher education - essential
- Previous experience with Student enrolments systems and programs - preferably with StudentOne (TechnologyOne)
