As our new Inclusion Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping this inclusive atmosphere, working closely with educators, families, and external support services to ensure every child can thrive.

**What you’ll do**:
- **Champion Inclusive Education** - Develop and implement tailored strategies and resources to support children with additional needs, including disabilities, developmental delays, medical needs, or cultural factors.
- **Collaborate & Lead** - Partner with our Program and Practice team and centre staff across multiple states to deliver expert guidance, coaching, and reflective practices that build inclusive capabilities in our teams.
- **Make Your Mark** - Drive meaningful outcomes through the creation of Strategic Inclusion Plans, inclusive curriculum design, and partnerships with external agencies—while enjoying hybrid working and a supportive, purpose-driven team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement systems to support children with additional needs, including those with disabilities, developmental delays, medical needs, and other social or cultural factors.
- Create a comprehensive suite of resources that promote evidence-based inclusive practices across all our services.
- Formulate and execute policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance access and inclusion for all children.
- Collaborate with the Program and Practice team to provide expert guidance on inclusive pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Support services in engaging with reflective practices and fostering continuous improvement through the development of Strategic Inclusion Plans (SIPs).
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to educators on best practices for inclusive education.
- Coordinate additional support services by liaising with external agencies and specialists.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **Diploma in Children's Services** or equivalent as a minimum, or tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, or Disability.
- Comprehensive understanding of children’s learning and development, particularly for children with additional or diverse needs.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally across multiple states and territories.
- Experience in the early learning sector and engaging in reflective dialogue on inclusive practices.
- Knowledge of current evidence-based inclusion principles and practices, and awareness of emerging trends.
- Experience delivering inclusion or community development programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Kidsoft preferred.
- Hold a valid **Working with Children Check** (or state-specific equivalent).
