- Create a comprehensive suite of resources that promote evidence-based inclusive practices across all our services.
- Formulate and execute policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance access and inclusion for all children.
- Collaborate with the Program and Practice team to provide expert guidance on inclusive pedagogy and curriculum development.

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally across multiple states and territories.
- Experience in the early learning sector and engaging in reflective dialogue on inclusive practices.
- Knowledge of current evidence-based inclusion principles and practices, and awareness of emerging trends.
- Experience delivering inclusion or community development programs.
