About the role
- Passion for quality care and support of children’s growth and development
- Motivated to support your Room Leader to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation
- Proven experience in inclusion support and have assisted to set up, facilitate, and clean down activities
- Collaborative team-player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practice
- Pride in room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment
- Work set shifts, 5 Days a week.
- Guide educators to understand the specific needs of individual children and how they can help support the child better as well as support children to integrate
**Qualifications**:
- ACECQA approved Cert III or Diploma qualification in Educational Support
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
