**We're Hiring Support Workers (Social & Community Support & On-the-Job Support)**

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you enjoy helping others achieve their goals, build confidence, and connect with their community?

We’re looking for **reliable, enthusiastic and caring Support Workers** to join our dedicated team and provide tailored assistance to individuals with disabilities across two key areas:
**Social & Community Participation**
Help participants engage with their local community - whether it’s attending social events, joining a local group, visiting the library or café, or exploring new hobbies and interests. You’ll empower people to develop skills, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful connections.

**On-the-Job Support**
Be there to guide and assist participants as they enter or return to the workforce. You’ll provide hands-on support in real workplace settings - helping with routine tasks, boosting confidence, and encouraging independence in the workplace.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A caring and respectful approach with a person-centred mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong reliability and a commitment to continuity of support
- The role will commence at 15hrs/week casual to start, with the opportunity to quickly transition to full-time
- A willingness to travel is required as we provide support in Brisbane CBD, Brisbane North, South, Ipswich & Logan
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
- Experience in Disability, Education or Community Support is preferred, but not essential

**Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Expected hours: 15 per week
