**The Position**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychosocial Support Case Worker to provide non-clinical community-based supports that aim to facilitate recovery in the community for people experiencing mental illness - through a range of services to help people manage daily activities, rebuild and maintain connections, build social skills and participate in education and employment.

Duties of the role (but not limited to):

- Work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement their recovery plans to achieve their goals.
- Assist with the development, planning and implementation of the CPS Psychosocial Wellbeing Group program
- Maintain accurate daily records of all client interactions and service supports, on both internal and external client management systems.

About You

Minimum qualifications:

- Relevant tertiary degree e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Mental Health Nurse; or Diploma/Certificate in Community Services/Mental Health, with significant relevant experience working in mental health or related field.
- Current Drivers License & Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Proof of Australian Working Rights
- NDIS Worker Screen Clearance
- Working with Children Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
