Reporting to the Night Manager, we are currently recruiting for a **Full Time Night Supervisor **to join our Front Office team.

**Summary**

As an overseer of the hotel during the overnight night shift, the Night Supervisor welcomes our guests to the hotel, assures guest requests are handled, reviews and audits the daily transactions, sets the hotel up for a successful new day. The Night Supervisor also serves as the main point of contact for any safety, security, or guest relations concerns during the night shift.

As Night Supervisor, you will
- Assist with management of all operational departments as required. This can include; Front Office, Room Service, Housekeeping and Engineering.
- Process & assist with check-in, check-out of guests, valet of vehicles, any ad-hoc housekeeping and room service requests when needed
- Compile & review daily reports/logs and contingency lists. Complete and close cashiers, credit card reconciliation & PM Master Accounts
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs and charges.
- Maintain strong presence in hotel lobby, conducting Security walks and equipment checks in absence of Night Manager

The Night Supervisor contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Night Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work as well as all Host functions during the overnight shift.

**Role requirements**:

- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- High level of both written and verbal communication
- Flexibility to work the overnight shift (2300-0700) including on weekends and public holidays
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Previous experience with Opera is advantageous
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Manual drivers licence
