Greenglass Restaurant on George Street in the CBD is currently looking for an experienced Supervisor / 2IC to join our team. We are a French restaurant and wine bar open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Friday, as well as Saturday evenings.

We pride ourselves on our great service - so as restaurant supervisor you will enjoy creating special experiences for our guests, and help lead the rest of our team by example with lovely, attentive service. Ideally you will be comfortable interacting with regular clientele whilst running your section, be able to carry three plates, and any barista experience will be well regarded. Some wine knowledge is great but plenty of training will be provided if you have a willingness to learn. We are a small, supportive team who help out with everything within the restaurant, so you will be comfortable in your ability to adapt and help where needed throughout a shift.

On offer is a full time role, though we are willing to discuss casual or part time hours for the right person. We have a flexible but consistent roster, with very reasonable finishing times each shift (usually no later than a 10.30pm finish). Salary is negotiable and in line with your experience.
