**What is the Role?**

We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused, and self-directed Night Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the Front Office night shift, ensuring the smooth operation of nightly duties, completion of checklists, assisting with night audit tasks, and supporting the front office team. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences and assisting other departments when required.

As a key point of contact for our guests during the night, the **Night Supervisor** will also handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues in a caring and professional manner, and communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

We are seeking someone who is passionate about guest experience, an excellent communicator, and skilled at prioritizing tasks. You are patient, supportive, and motivated to find solutions, making yourself available to your team and guests whenever needed.

**To be successful in this role, you have**:

- Experience in Front Office operations, including night shifts
- Ideally have a background in Finance or Accounting
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts across 7 days
- RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certification (or willingness to complete—training provided by us)
