Join the team as the Front Office Night Supervisor at The Star Brisbane.

The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

As our Night Supervisor at The Star Grand reporting to the Front Office Manager, youwill have the chance to be at the heart of luxury hospitality, collaborating with a skilled team in our renowned and esteemed property. You will be instrumental in helping manage the Front Office operations for The Star Grand. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Lead the night shift operations, including team training, development and performance management
- Ensure records across guest and financial details are accurately maintained
- Leading, motivating, and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service
- Ensure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team.
- Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent reoccurrence.
- Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and team.

What we are looking for:

- Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
- Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately.
- Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous.
- Strong organisation and time management skills
