We are currently looking for passionate Customer Care Consultants to join our growing team in our fast paced call centre located in Wollongong.

**About the Role**

Entry level inbound Sales role working on behalf of one of Australia's leading Energy Providers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by handling incoming inquiries and converting leads into sales. This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Inbound Sales Agent will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and guide them through the sales process.

**Key Details**:

- Multiple permanent full-time positions available
- Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 7:15 pm | No weekend work
- This is an on-site role commencing 30th September 2024
- Rotating roster released 2 weeks in advance
- 2 weeks full time paid training + 4 weeks access to additional support while you’re settling in
- Easy access via public transport (free bus across the road) and walking distance to parking
- Australian based role
