**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Asset Management - Commercial Building**
- Day-to-day management of the property portfolio;
- Coordinate tenant compliance, lease renewals, lease negotiations and market reviews;
- Market analysis of current property trends and activity;
- Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners;
- Contract administration and contract tendering;
- Manage our social media platforms;
- Project marketing; and
- Property management.
- Manage relationships with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise building maintenance, upgrades, and renovations.
- Analyse market trends, occupancy levels, and revenue potential.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.

**Boutique Serviced Office Leasing and Management**
- Day-to-day operations including tenant onboarding, space allocation, and support services.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality throughout the business centre.
- Manage bookings, service contracts, and tenant communications.
- Implement community engagement strategies to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Promote and market the serviced office to potential tenants and oversee occupancy levels.
- Manage third-party service providers (cleaning, IT, etc.).
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct inspections, negotiate new leases and ensure occupancy is kept above 90%;
- Manage our social media platforms;
- Coordinate lease renewals, lease negotiations and market reviews.
- High attention to detail and strong administration skills;
- A degree in Property, Valuations or Commerce is highly desirable;
- 2-3 years of experience in property management, asset management, or serviced office operations;
- An enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the property industry;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Social media marketing experience favourable;
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and other property databases;
- NSW Driver’s Licence and own car essential.
- Confidence and experience working with a high number of tenants or various client base;
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
