**Your Opportunity**

***We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team.. This is a new national role that can be based in either Sydney (Parramatta), Brisbane (Wacol) or Melbourne (Dandenong), reporting directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales, this role will provide a crucial part in expanding our construction equipment business.

The Asset/Rental Manager will be tasked with the critical responsibility of refining all the necessary processes and business planning to effectively monitor and manage the overall performance of this growing business segment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and seize opportunities to enhance and expand the business
- Achieve targets set while effectively managing the P&L within budget.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to foster both long-term and short-term growth and profitability
- Oversee inventory on a day to day basis in alignment with the strategic plans and targets set.

**Your Qualifications**
- Demonstrated work experience as an Asset / Rental Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software.
- Solid commercial background with experience in financial modelling.
- Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
