The Compliance Advisor Supports the ongoing development, delivery and maintenance of compliance risk management processes.

The success of this role will require the individual to be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance compliance management and adapt quickly to meet internal or external expectations.

**What you’ll do**
- Supports the continuous enhancement and management of the Obligation Library and its relationship to the taxonomy.
- Facilitates the obligations change management process and provides advice to 1st Line of Defence Risk and Compliance teams on the updates to be implemented.
- Supports the update and review of compliance risk management processes.
- Contributes to the design of compliance risk management oversight and monitoring activities
- Facilitates management of regulatory change alerts, including impact analysis and coordination with 1st Line of Defence Risk and Compliance teams.

**What you’ll bring**
- 3+ years in a professional role, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
- Experience in balancing compliance-related requirements with commercial realities and business goals
- A demonstrated understanding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework or an in-depth understanding of corporate compliance programs, enterprise risk management frameworks and compliance methodologies.
