**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As our **eCommerce Trade Manager**, you will be at the forefront of driving our online growth, optimising customer engagement, and delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience. You’ll lead the eCommerce trade team, manage marketplace partnerships, and use data-driven strategies to ensure we achieve our ambitious sales targets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies and budgets in collaboration with the Head of eCommerce.
- Drive online and marketplace sales through effective trading activities, promotions, and agile responses to performance trends.
- Identify and onboard new marketplaces to expand digital presence and sales opportunities.
- Optimise site experience to enhance user engagement, conversions, and average order value (AOV).
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting on customer behaviour, sales trends, and market activity.
- Partner with creative, cross-functional, and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and SEO optimisation.
- Collaborate with buying and planning teams to align product releases with stock drops and trading objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing eCommerce trade team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, with expertise in tools like Shopify and AP21.
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
- A track record of delivering results in complex and agile business environments.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about staying ahead of eCommerce trends and driving continuous improvement.
