Are you looking for a temporary transfer in the APS? Corporate procurement team with ongoing requirements.
**Your new company**
Join a corporate procurement team that's sits within the financial framework team who provide expert policy advice as it related to all procurements undertaken by the department.

**Your new role**
- Providing specialist procurement policy advice and support to departmental staff
- Problem solving with a strong client focus;
- Completing compliance and quality assurance checks on approvals, tender documentation and contract documentation prior to finalisation;
- Reporting activities which include but are not limited to; Senate Order, Annual Report on contractors and consultants, Indigenous Procurement Policy, Grant reporting, Questions on Notice, Senate estimate briefs and AusTender reporting;
- Embedding procurement best practice through department procedures and processes;
- Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, including the Department of Finance
- Providing some ad hoc advice in the Financial Frameworks space

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An understanding of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules;
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and manage workloads to ensure quality and timely advice;
- Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experienced in the use of FMIS TechnologyOne
