**Location**: South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (City of Casey, Mornington Peninsula)

**About All For You Therapy**:
All For You Therapy is a small, passionate Allied Health service supporting children and adults across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. We provide in-home and community-based therapy services, working closely with clients and their families to help achieve their therapy goals.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **qualified Allied Health Assistant (AHA)** to provide therapy support under contract. This role is ideal for someone looking to take on extra work and support a growing caseload of clients. You will deliver therapy programs under the guidance of Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists) in home and community settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Allied Health Professional.
- Record session notes, progress, and relevant observations.
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards at all times.
- Communicate client updates and concerns promptly to the supervising Allied Health Professional.
- Attend regular check-ins to review client goals, progress, and any required changes to therapy plans.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- ABN (contractor role)
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach

**Contractor Arrangement & Compensation**:

- Contractor role with payment based on the sessions you deliver.
- 60/40 split applies: you will receive 60% of session fees, and All For You Therapy retains 40%.
- Payment is only for clients you see.
- Flexible hours to suit your schedule.
