We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our

team, providing domestic and community care for a female client with specific needs.

Our participant is a mature aged woman under 50 years old who requires

consistent, empathetic care. She lives with:

- Chronic fatigue
- Fibromyalgia
- Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
- Bipolar Disorder

and demonstrate patience, understanding, and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide care, including personal care, medication management,

and mobility assistance.
- Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and

transfers.
- Assist with the use of hoists and lifts.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality

of life.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment tailored to the

client’s unique needs.
- Perform non-active overnight stays as part of the care routine.

Essential Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12-18 months of experience as a support worker (at

least 1 year).
- Certificate III (CHC33021) or IV in Individual Support (CHC43115) or above.
- NDIS Worker Screen document
- First Aid Certificate
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and

verbal).
- Legal Work Rights: Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
- Background Checks

○ National Police Check

○ NDIS Worker Screening Check

○ Working With Children (WWC) Check
- Qualifications

○ Medication management/administration certificate.

○ Training in hoisting and lifting clients.
- License & Driving History: Valid Driver’s Licence with the ability to provide

driving history upon request.

- Able to handle long shifts (10-12 hours) and overnight stays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $66.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
