**About the role**

Based from our beautiful North Sydney Corporate Head Office, this role is the face of the Ventia organisation.

You will be responsible for ensuring a polite and professional greeting to all individuals presenting to the office and undertaking general office coordination tasks, administrative duties and general support across a variety of stakeholders.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Greet and welcome individuals to our office.
- Contribute to the effective delivery of office coordination.
- Effective prioritisation of workload to meet competing deadlines and commitments.
- Collecting, sorting and distributing daily mail, arranging courier deliveries on a timely basis.
- Ordering and ensuring adequate office supplies.
- Scheduling and bookings for meetings, travel, catering etc.

**About you**
- Excellent presentation, organisational, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Office coordination skills and experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Adaptively to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
