Wi lliam Buck is seeking an exceptional individual to join our vibrant team as a Concierge in our CBD office

**The Opportunity**:
This isn't your average role, it’s a unique blend of a commercial role in a corporate setting.

Y ou will deliver first class service to our clients, managing everything from meeting room management and setup, offering and making coffees/teas, through to assisting with organisation and catering for internal and external events.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Master meeting room schedules, ensuring seamless 5 Star experience for each client
Serve expertly brewed coffee/tea to clients visiting our office
Coordinate catering for a variety of events
Assist in organising and planning firmwide events
Maintain fully equipped industrial kitchen
Maintain our staff kitchens
Take responsibility for ensuring catering supplies are always on hand.

**What We're Looking For**:
Similar or directly related prior experience
Excellent customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Energetic and professional demeanour
Approachable and charismatic personality
Ability to work independently
