Corporate Concierge Assistant who is committed to client experience.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading professional services firm who is reimagining their workplace experience for their clients and employees.

This role is pivotal to the front of house team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the firm's café, which includes making coffees for clients and staff using a professional barista coffee machine
  • Provide refreshments to guests and staff
  • Front of house service to clients, visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate with vendors for event setup
  • Assist in handling concierge phone calls and emails
  • Manage room bookings
  • Assist in travel arrangements
  • Co-ordinate expense claims and invoicing

Skills required:

  • Barista training / skills to make cafe quality coffee (happy to provide training)
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Administrative experience

The right candidate for this role understands the importance of client experience in a corporate environment and is dedicated to prioritising that. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, ambitious, displays a positive outlook and initiative in all tasks. Ideally the candidate will have barista experience (or willingness to be trained).
