As the face of the corporate building, you will be the embodiment of hospitality, ensuring that every visitor, staff and tenant experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Your warm and welcoming demeanour will create an atmosphere of genuine care and attentiveness, leaving a lasting impression on the diverse clientele.

But your role extends beyond the traditional scope of a concierge. We are seeking a community leader who can forge strong connections with both the visitors and the local community.

As a Concierge and Community Leader, you will be a trusted source of knowledge, always staying up-to-date with the latest information and tenants of the building.

Your exceptional organisational skills will shine as you coordinate and manage various tenant services, such as conference bookings, directions, and special requests.

Beyond guest interactions, you will be a community ambassador, actively engaging with tenants, visitors, staff members and this parties. By building strong relationships, you will create partnerships and collaborations that enhance the guests' experiences and contribute to the vitality of the community.

To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure will be invaluable in delivering exceptional service even during busy periods.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
