We are seeking a receptionist/office administrator to join a fast paced and high performing working environment. You will bring your initiative and attention to detail to this role within a fantastic organisation in the heart of the Inner West.

You will join a close-knit and collaborative team supporting across administration and office coordination including managing reception.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys taking ownership over their tasks, and likes to use their initiative.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage general office coordination including managing incoming calls from a range of stakeholders
- Supporting the team with creating reports and documents, coordinating meetings and more
- Maintain office environment and facilities
- Maintenance and analysis of company database
- Ad hoc administration duties as required

**Who you are?**
- Proactive with great initiative and passion for owning your responsibilities and delivering high quality support
- Great customer service and stakeholder skills - confident liaising with anyone from the general public through to the executive leadership team
- This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday in the office. You will be joining an established and highly respected organisation and team with a great culture of recognition and teamwork._
