Do you have **Employment Services experience** and enjoy leading a team? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join us on a **Maternity Leave contract with APM Leichhardt & Newtown, NSW.**

**The role**

You'll be empowering and motivating a team of DES consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.
