- is a growing company looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. We are seeking a professional with strong bookkeeping skills to manage day-to-day financial operations, support our accounting team, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily bookkeeping functions including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Prepare tax filings and assist with audits as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and procedures for better efficiency.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar).
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Additional Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with payroll systems and tax compliance.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for decision-making.
