**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Member Benefits Representative - Payments to join the Operations (Public Division) team, with flexibility for this role to be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.

As a Member Benefits Representative you will be responsible for processing benefit payments and engaging customers so that payments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also ensure that payments are compliant with business rules and legislation to minimise risk for Australian Retirement Trust.

**This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity.**

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- 2-5 years customer service experience in a high workload environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to guide members through a range of possible solutions.
- Previous superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment.
- A high level of technical competence in Superannuation and Insurance.
