We are looking for a smart, responsible Customer Service Specialists to interact with our members to resolve any issues or inquiries regarding membership. You will work with internal teams and managers to ensure members receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Your goal is to have a great understanding of the benefits of our company and be able to communicate it effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing high level customer service during daily interactions with MIPS members, potential members and their representatives
- Ensuring the member experience is consistent and high quality from the first call, to follow up calls and all written correspondence
- Participating in regular training and coaching to strengthen your understanding of the insurance industry

What you have:

- Strong problem solving, planning, and organising skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a call centre environment (not essential but highly desirable)
- Exceptional customer service with a proven track record in a team environment
- High emotional intelligence skills including the ability to remain calm and professional in the face of challenge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
