Member Benefits Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Operations team in Brisbane or Melbourne, working full-time on a permanent basis.

About the Role

As a Member Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for processing benefit payments and interacting with customers to ensure accurate and efficient payments. Additionally, you will verify that payments align with business rules and legislation to minimize risk for Australian Retirement Trust.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of customer service experience in a high workload environment, showcasing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills. Prior superannuation experience and knowledge of associated legislation are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process benefit payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Engage with customers to resolve payment queries.
  • Veerify payment compliance with business rules and legislation.
  • Apply exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
About You
  • At least 2-5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in superannuation and relevant legislation.
  • A high level of technical competence in Superannuation and Insurance.
