Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL1 Assistant Director Case Management
- Early Assessment

**Your new company**

12 month initial team leadership Labour Hire contracts with the opportunity to extend. EL1 level role paying a daily rate of $602.55 + Superannuation, to be based out of Surry Hills, CBD.

This is a hybrid position offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site.

**Your new role**
- Undertaking case management of highly complex AAT matters and analysing to develop recommendations for early resolution
- Obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters
- Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, Hearings conducted by the AAT
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings
- Assessing and responding to priority and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability and the Agency
- Contributing to the preparation of reports, business cases, meeting submissions and correspondence
- Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process
- Leading and contributing to strategic projects and policy development processes
- Leading development of and contribution to Ministerial and Parliamentary briefs
- Leading a team and/or a scope of work, including mentoring, supervising, training and supporting junior Case Managers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Australian citizenship is a requirement to be eligible for this position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior leadership experience
- Prior Case Management experience at a senior level
- Previous experience within Government, legal or Disability highly regarded
